DealFroNow.com Affiliate Program Terms of Service Agreement

By signing up as an Affiliate in the DealFroNow.com Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

DealFroNow.com reserves the right to update and modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any new features that enhance or expand the current Program, including new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below may result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation. You agree to participate in the Affiliate Program at your own risk.

1. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this Program.
Participation is limited to residents of Bangladesh.
Accounts registered by automated methods (e.g., “bots”) are not permitted.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other required information to complete the signup process.
Your login credentials may only be used by one person; sharing a single login among multiple people is not allowed.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. DealFroNow.com is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content and activity associated with your account.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one affiliate account.
You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating copyright laws.
You may not use the Affiliate Program to earn commissions on your own DealFroNow.com product accounts.

2. Affiliate Links and Promotion

Upon signing up, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate Code.
You are permitted to place affiliate links, banners, or other promotional graphics on your site, emails, or other communications.
We provide guidelines, link styles, and graphical artwork for proper linking to DealFroNow.com.
We may update the design of affiliate promotional materials at any time without prior notice, but we will notify you if image dimensions change.
To ensure accurate tracking and reporting, you must use properly formatted Special Links.
Referral fees will only be earned on sales that occur through correctly tracked Special Links.
Affiliate links must direct users to the page of the promoted product.

3. Referral Fees, Commissions, and Payment

To earn a referral fee, a customer must click through a Special Link and complete a purchase during the same session.
Only commissions tracked and reported by our system will be paid.
We do not pay commissions on untracked transactions or manually entered referral codes.
Commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive marketing methods will be disqualified.
Payments begin once your affiliate earnings exceed 500 TK.
If your earnings do not reach the threshold, they will be carried forward until the minimum payout amount is met.
Payments are made on a monthly basis if the 500 TK threshold has been reached.

4. Identifying as a DealFroNow.com Affiliate

You may not issue press releases or public statements regarding your participation in the Program without prior approval.
You may not misrepresent or embellish your relationship with DealFroNow.com.
You may not purchase products through your own affiliate links. Such purchases may lead to commission withholding or account termination.

5. Customer Definition

Customers who purchase through this Program are considered DealFroNow.com customers.
Our policies, pricing, and operating procedures apply to all customers, and we may update them at any time without notice.
Because pricing changes occur, affiliates should not display static product prices on their websites.

6. Your Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you are solely responsible for:

The development, operation, and maintenance of your website.
Ensuring the proper display and compliance of Special Links.
Ensuring content posted on your website does not infringe on third-party rights (copyrights, trademarks, privacy, etc.).
Complying with privacy laws and disclosing data collection practices.

7. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Program.
This includes email marketing laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and other anti-spam laws.

8. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
Upon termination, you must remove all links and promotional materials related to DealFroNow.com.
If the Program is discontinued, any outstanding earnings above 500 TK will be paid.
DealFroNow.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, including forfeiture of earnings gained through fraudulent or unethical means.

9. Relationship of Parties

You and DealFroNow.com are independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement establishes a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
You may not make statements implying any affiliation beyond what is explicitly permitted in this Agreement.

10. Limitations of Liability

DealFroNow.com is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data).
Our total liability will not exceed the total referral fees paid to you under this Agreement.

11. Disclaimers

We provide no express or implied warranties regarding the Program or any products sold.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for any service interruptions.

12. Independent Investigation

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all terms.
You understand that we may directly or indirectly compete with your marketing efforts.

13. Arbitration

Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved through confidential arbitration.
Exceptions include cases involving intellectual property rights, where we may seek relief in court.
Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent.
The failure of DealFroNow.com to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and DealFroNow.com, superseding prior agreements.
